Hey lovelies, Happy Tuesday! (:
Quick post today- this manicure was done quite sometime back but somehow I never posted it, so here’s its time to shine on the blog today. It’s a simple manicure really, done using Docile polishes, namely D217 & D218 as well as a black Uniball Signo gel pen.
I did the leopard print as an accent french tip(sort of french tip, considering I didn’t really leave it as a naked nail) using my gel pen over Docile 218, a gorgeous shimmery silver. The other nails were done using Docile 217, an almost gunmetal silver-grey polish.
All nails were around 2-3 coats if I recall correctly, and absolutely shimmered under the light. These photos were taken late at night as that was when I was doing my swatching…
Hello there! Sorry for not posting yesterday as I out doing my project For day 13 of the 31DC2013, the theme was Animal Print. At first I was planning to use my leopard print mani but after some thought, I decided to switch to a nemo fish print instead!
My mani was based on this picture, which is available on this website.
For this look, I used Zoya Thandie as my base colour and the white polish is from the brand sasatinnie. (which I purchased at sasa!) I then drew in the black lines with my 0.38 uniball signo pen.
This is the finished look!
Hope you liked it!
Till next time, Bethanie

Hey everyone! I’ll be out today with the bf so I’ve scheduled today’s post for the OMD Challenge. (: The theme is Neon so break out your sunglasses to shield those retinas from some searing bright nail art! 😀
Okay honestly, the only polish which I consider neon is butter LONDON Trout Pout… I definitely was limited in choices for today’s theme! So don’t worry, my photos aren’t blindingly bright. (:
I decided to pair this lovely bright coral/cantaloupe polish with China Glaze For Audrey. The two polishes really popped against each other! (: Also, when in doubt/lack of ideas of what to do…go for leopard print.
The black is done using a Uniball Signo gel pen, as usual! (:
I think my leopard prints ended up in a sort of funky giraffe/leopard mix though. Oh wells. The oddly-shaped spots are rather quirky and cute to me! ^^
I seldom wear neons on my nails as my eyes will really hurt to look at my fingers… but I definitely would love to wear this combination again, when I’m thinking of going bolder! 😀 I wonder whether this mani would pass off in university…
What do you guys think of this giraffe-leopard print? (:
